How It Works
When you download and run our Support Agent application, it automatically connects back to your support technician's computer at ProSouth's Dunedin offices.We then accept your connection, and are presented with a live picture your screen. We can now also control your mouse and keyboard remotely.
Using this connection we can work on your computer remotely, and fix minor issues with the minimum of interruption to you.
